Recently, the Finnish nu-metal six-piece Blind Channel stopped by the idobi Radio Studios to grace our space with several stripped-back performances, including their August 2023 single “DEADZONE.” Additionally, the group stripped back their 2021 Eurovision Song Contest track, “Dark Side,” which earned them the sixth place of the competition. The ensemble—consisting of founding members Joel Hokka (vocals), Niko Moilanen (vocals), Joonas Porko (guitarist), Olli Matela (bassist), and Tommi Lalli (drummer)—welcomed Aleksi Kaunisvesi (percussionist) in 2020.
