A concerned parent’s call alerted Island Record staff to the online antics of Autopilot Off’s webmaster, Josh Stern. Apparently, Mr. Stern was observed on the band’s webcam having sex with a large, stuffed SpongeBob doll. Autopilot Off entered the studio last month to record their major record debut for Island Records with producer Greig Nori. The Donnas were added to the lineup of 2003’s Lollapalooza. The band joins Jane’s Addiction, Incubus, Queens Of The Stone Age, Audioslave, Jurassic 5, and others for the jaunt. Cher Wig Stolen From Collection


Cher’s production company has reported the theft of a wig valued at $8,000 to $10,000, apparently stolen from the singer’s collection of tresses during a sold-out concert stop. “The wig is described as half-black and half-teal, and it was braided,” said Christie Collins, a police spokeswoman. While police did not release the wig’s value, they have classified the case as a grand larceny – meaning the value exceeds $200. Warped Pre-Sale On In March


Tickets for the Vans Warped Tour are set to go on pre-sale starting Thursday, March 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET. The first 1,000 fans who purchase tickets for the traveling tour will receive a copy of the 2003 Vans Warped Tour double CD compilation, which features songs from bands on this year’s festival. The CD is distributed through Sideonedummy Records. The tour starts June 19 in Boise, Idaho and wraps up August 10 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Osbournes Open House For OzzFest Announcement


Sharon, Ozzy, and Jack Osbourne are set to open their house in Los Angeles to journalists for the announcement of OzzFest 2003 on Tuesday (February 18). Media will check in at a Los Angeles-area hotel and be bussed to the house. At 12:30 p.m. there will be lunch followed by a 1:15 press conference. Viacom Reports Better 4Q Earnings


Viacom Inc., owner of the CBS network and Showtime movie channels, reported a fourth-quarter profit Wednesday, turning around a year-ago loss thanks to strong growth in its cable network and TV businesses. The results exceeded Wall Street expectations, but investors reacted cautiously amid concerns about the company’s leadership. For the three months ending Dec. 31, the media conglomerate earned $652.4 million, or 37 cents per share, compared with a loss of $42.5 million, or 2 cents per share, at the same time a year ago. Green Day's Billie Joe Set For February 19 DUI Hearing


Green Day vocalist/guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong is set for a pre-trial hearing February 19 in Alameda County Superior Court for two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Armstrong will not be there as his legal counsel, Laurel L. Headley, is on the case. Armstrong did not attend his arraignment on February 4, but was represented by his counsel. He pled not guilty to both counts. Armstrong was arrested January 5, 2003 near his home in Berkeley, California, for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Dealer Selling Car Once Owned by Eminem


An automobile dealership is offering a find for Eminem fans: a chance to buy a Chevrolet Camaro he once owned. George Glassman of the Glassman Automotive Group said the rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, came in with his 17-year-old brother and left with a silver 2003 Hyundai Sonata GLS Eminem left behind a trade-in – a red 1995 Camaro – The Detroit News reported.
