U.K. band Twin Atlantic will release Free, the anticipated follow-up to 2009’s critically lauded mini-album Vivarium, digitally on May 3rd in the U.S. via Red Bull Records. Free was recorded at Red Bull Studios in Santa Monica , CA with legendary producer Gil Norton.

Last we heard from Garbage, in the fall of 2005, the group was going on an indefinite hiatus. A week after backing out of opening duties for Beck’s summer tour, Dashboard Confessional have lined up a sixteen-date headlining outing to launch August 30th in Pittsburgh. The band will be previewing its third studio album, A Mark, a Mission, a Brand, a Scar (due August 12th), along the way.
