Geoffrey Weiss Named VP Of A&R At Hollywood


Rob Cavallo, Hollywood Records senior vice president of A&R, announced late last week that Geoffrey Weiss has been appointed to the position of vice president for the label. Based in the company’s Burbank headquarters and reporting to Rob Cavallo, Weiss will be responsible for the discovery and development of new musical talent. Van Dyk To Do First Mix CD


German electronic music guru Paul Van Dyk is set to follow up the success of 2000’s Out There and Back with his first-ever mix CD this fall.
