The Rolling Stones’ performance at the “SARSfest” extravaganza in Toronto last July will be released on DVD next spring. Former President Clinton is shuffling out of Harlem to help the Rolling Stones raise awareness about global warming. Clinton plans to appear at a free Stones concert Thursday at Los Angeles’ Staples Center, event organizers said Sunday. Cable TV made some music news Wednesday, with HBO locking up a live performance of the Rolling Stones in January, and VH1 signing Pink, David Bowie and Santana to perform at the 2002 “VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards” Oct. 15.
