Linkin Park Announce Third PROJEKT REVOLUTION Tour


Linkin Park will launch their third annual PROJEKT REVOLUTION tour this summer. The highly anticipated tour will feature seminal artists Korn and Snoop Dogg. The summer tour will continue in the tradition of past PROJEKT REVOLUTION tours, born on the idea of merging and showcasing a variety of music styles. PROJEKT REVOLUTION began in 2002 with openers Cypress Hill, Adema and DJ Z-Trip. Last year’s musical guests were Xzibit, Mudvayne and Blindside. Beyonce, OutKast Top Grammys


Beyonce Knowles may be “Crazy in Love,” but she kept her cool Sunday at one of the more sober Grammy Awards shows in memory. She was the night’s big winner, taking home a record-tying five trophies to join recent Grammy queens Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Norah Jones with the most wins in a single year by a female performer. Megadeth Pack It In After Nearly 20 Years


The fourth track on Megadeth’s 2001 album, The World Needs a Hero, is “1000 Times Goodbye.” Written as a breakup song, its title is more meaningful now that after nine studio albums and nearly 20 years, Megadeth have bid the world farewell. Frontman Dave Mustaine made the announcement Wednesday (April 3) in a written statement. “For the time being, I have decided to exit Megadeth and explore other areas of the music business,” he said.
