Yellowcard Announce 5 Song EP “Childhood Eyes”

Coming to your ears this July 7th is the newest effort by Yellowcard! Today the iconic pop-punk band announced their new five song EP Childhood Eyes. The band have been teasing the release of title track since earlier this month, and finally told fans today that the song will be dropping on May 31st. Yellowcard has shared the information that the EP will feature two heavy-hitting artists. Story Of The Year Set To Join Yellowcard On Tour This Summer

Story Of The Year has announced an exciting summer tour alongside Yellowcard. The tour celebrates the 20th anniversary of Yellowcard‘s iconic album Ocean Avenue and promises to be a memorable experience for fans of both bands. After the release of their sixth studio album, Tear Me To Pieces, in early March, Story Of The Year has wasted no time in announcing their involvement in the Ocean Avenue tour. Yellowcard vs. Juice WRLD Update

There’s a new update on the ongoing battle between Yellowcard and Juice WRLD’s estate. Last October Yellowcard filed a lawsuit against Juice WRLD, née Jared Higgins, stating that the rapper stole parts of their song “Holly Wood Died” when making “Lucid Dreams”. The lawsuit came to a pause when Higgins unfortunately passed away in December. Since then, the band has gone back and forth on pausing and proceeding with the case. Yellowcard vs. Juice Wrld Lawsuit Picks Back Up

Back in October of 2019, Yellowcard filed a lawsuit against Juice WRLD due to similarities between their song “Holly Wood Died” and his hit single “Lucid Dreams”. However, Juice WRLD (née Jarad Higgins) sadly died in December 2019 after a seizure caused by an accidental overdose of painkillers.
