A Canadian man accused of stalking Britney Spears has been arrested for a second time. Daniel J. Lachance was corralled Tuesday night after entering the Louisiana property of the pop star’s father, Jamie Spears. According to published reports, Lachance was unarmed and offered no resistance. The 25-year-old Canuck was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail Wednesday and charged with criminal trespassing and stalking. He’s being held on $150,000 bail. Oops. A bus driver who’s part of Britney Spears’ Onyx Hotel Tour brigade failed to stay within the safety zone and is now facing charges of speeding and disobeying police. The Tennessee trucker, who was transporting crew and equipment, led cops on a high-speed chase through New Hampshire Monday and later failed to show for his arraignment. A trooper tagged David Raines going 78 mph in a 65 mph zone Monday morning around 7 a.m. traveling south on Interstate 93 near Northfield, according to state police. A man traveling aboard Kid Rock’s tour bus was charged with drug possession after a concert in West Palm Beach. Kevin Joseph McMahon, 36, who identified himself as the rap-rocker’s personal assistant, was arrested and released Sunday from St. Lucie County Jail after posting $16,000 bond. Kid Rock and members of his band weren’t on the bus, police said. McMahon and the bus driver were the only people aboard the vehicle, which was headed to Nashville. The Dave Matthews Band releases Busted Stuff on Tuesday (July 16). The album contains 11 tracks plus a bonus DVD. The enhanced portion of the disc contains a key to unreleased material such as video footage, performances, and interview clips. Nate Dogg spent a good part of his weekend answering to police officers. The singer, born Nathaniel Dawayne Hale, was arrested on Friday, just outside of Kingman, Arizona, when his tour bus was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 40. According to Ron Delonge, a lieutenant with the Kingman Highway Patrol, the arresting officer smelled what he thought was marijuana. The blond, 21-year-old singer (and youngest Boy of the Backstreet) has been charged with a misdemeanor count of resisting or opposing a law enforcement officer without violence. Snoop Dogg (a.k.a. Calvin Broadus) was hit with marijuana possession charges after two of his tour buses were pulled over for speeding just west of Cleveland. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers stopped the buses on I-90, where Snoop’s buses were en route to tonight’s show in Milwaukee as part of the appropriately named Puff, Puff, Pass Tour. About 200 grams of marijuana were found on one bus, and Snoop and two other passengers were charged with the misdemeanor possession offense, which carries a maximum penalty of a $100 fine.
