British music giant EMI Group Plc issued its second profits warning in six months on Tuesday and saw its stock fall 14 percent in early business as the downturn in the global music industry continued to weigh on company. EMI, which had warned last September that full-year profits would dive 20 percent, said pre-tax profit before goodwill and exceptionals for the year to March 31, 2002, would be about 150 million pounds ($213 million).
