This week is my final episode here on Idobi Radio, I’m calling it a day to focus on more music, I may be back in the future when I have more time to do this show, but I’d like to thank everyone that’s been on the ride, and thanks to Idobi for pushing me into doing a show for them in the first place. This week, I have a new project that I’m playing for called MERCY MUSIC, we’re going on tour all over the place in 2024, and on this weeks episode, we play LIVE, even the mistakes are left in there (haha), I find out more about the band I’m about to be playing with, and we share stories from the road amongst other things. After announcing his own festival BludFest on March 18, he sat down with NME to share more about his forthcoming record. One Step Closer has announced their new album, All You Embrace. The hardcore group’s second LP will be released on May 17 via Run For Cover Records. In the wake of the announcement, they’ve released a new song called “Giant’s Despair.” In the track, the band embraces shoegaze sounds with intricate hardcore chords that are re-fitted into a modern mix of emphatic emo.
