Texas-based punk rockers Bowling For Soup’s latest single to be released to radio is “Punk Rock 101.” The track is one of three that the band went back into the studio to record earlier this year with producer Butch Walker. In addition to “Punk Rock 101,” the band recorded “Smile,” and a cover of the ’80s A Flock of Seagulls hit “I Ran.” The band said that it is planning to re-release their album, Drunk Enough To Dance, with the new tracks included on it. As a follow up to their radio hit “Girl All The Bad Guys Want,” Jive recording artist Bowling For Soup went back into the studio with producer Butch Walker and recorded three new tracks, “Punk Rock 101,” “Smile” and a cover of the 80’s A Flock of Seagulls smash “I Ran.” “Punk Rock 101” will be released to CHR and Alternative radio formats on May 19th. The pop-punk foursome are up to their old tricks on a just reissued version of their 2002 breakthrough, Drunk Enough to Dance.
