Open your ears and cheers to five years! The first-ever No Earbuds Fest has announced their inaugural lineup. The festival is on June 15 in Ponoma, CA, at The Glasshouse and The Haven. Fans can grab limited pre-sale tickets today, with the general on-sale happening on Friday, March 29, at 9 AM PST. If you weren’t on the 2024 ShipRocked Cruise, you missed out on a dazzling collab from Afterlife and Dayseeker. Luckily, you can find a snippet of the crossover on Afterlife’s Instagram page. Lead singer Tyler Levenson joined Dayseeker during their set to add screams to 2022’s “Dreamstate” from Dark Sun. In an Instagram Reels caption, Afterlife said, “It’s one of those ‘you just had to be there’ moments!” Maybe if we watch the video enough times, they’ll drop the full live track on YouTube. When Casey announced their split at the tail-end of 2018, there was an expectation that we would never hear from them again. Putting to bed an emotional whirlwind of a five-year career, their music captured a particular intensity that many bands never even get close to achieving.
