Former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach was taken into police custody for making terrorist threats and for drug possession on Wednesday. Police in Middletown, New Jersey, said that what started as a simple bar fight got serious when Bach, whose real name is Sebastian Bierk, threatened to get a gun and shoot a bartender at the Lincroft Inn, a threat police say Bach continued to make even after his initial arrest for disorderly conduct. The mystery surrounding former Beatle George Harrison’s death certificate has been solved-and it appears he really did die at Paul McCartney’s house. Sort of. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said Tuesday that friends of the late guitarist have corrected Harrison’s death certificate, after the first version listed a fake address as the place where he died. Backstreet Boy Nick Carter has agreed to take part in a pretrial intervention program in order to bring a misdemeanor charge against him to a resolution. Carter was charged with resisting or opposing a law-enforcement officer without violence after he refused an officer’s orders to leave Tampa’s Pop City nightclub on January 2. Under the terms of the deal with state prosecutors, Carter will face probation, perform community service, and pay an undisclosed fine.
