Vivendi Universal today announced that its new subsidiary, MP3.com EUROPE, has launched fully localised European music websites as the first step in its plans to become the leading music portal in Europe. First they tried it with George Michael, then Ricky Martin. Now MTV will use Sean “P. Diddy” Combs to educate youth around the world about HIV on Dec. 1, World AIDS Day. Lenny Kravitz has purchased a Miami-area estate for $9 million, one of the largest price tags ever for a home in the area, according to the Miami Herald.
