The arraignment of former Hole frontperson Courtney Love on drug charges has been postponed to October 31, from its original date this past Friday (October 10). Love’s attorneys asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Friday if the arraignment could be delayed to give them time to review the charges, which the city prosecutor did not protest. When Fred Durst led Limp Bizkit off the stage prematurely during a Summer Sanitarium show outside Chicago, it was likely to the pleasure of those who showered the singer with garbage and boos. Bizkit fans, however, felt cheated to such an extent that they’re suing. EMusic to Discontinue Unlimited Download Service


Online music company EMusic plans to discontinue its unlimited download service and replace it with a more limited offering, the company said on its Web site this week. Vivendi Universal’s VUNet USA recently signed a deal to sell EMusic.com Inc. to Dimensional Associates LLC, a privately held venture capital firm based in New York, for undisclosed terms. Man Stabbed And Killed At Snoop Dogg Concert


A man attending a rap concert that featured Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Xzibit, Obie Trice, Lil Jon & The EastSide Boyz, and 213 was stabbed to death during the nine-hour show in Devore, California, according to the Los Angeles Times. Web Radio Host Claims To Have Video Of Florida Suicide


A Chicago-based web radio host claims he has video footage of both Hell On Earth’s performance, and what is purported to be the suicide that accompanied it, this past Saturday night (October 4), according to the St. Petersburg Times.
