After having a foot of her colon removed in surgery July 3, the wife of heavy metal pioneer Ozzy Osbourne and matriarch of “The Osbournes” was expected to make a full recovery. As Mystikal’s lawyers declared his innocence on charges of rape and extortion on Friday (July 19), authorities revealed they confiscated a video of the alleged sexual assaults from the rapper’s Baton Rouge home. The tape, which has been placed into evidence, allegedly shows Mystikal and two other men, Leland Ellis and Vercy Carter, threatening the rapper’s 40-year-old hair stylist and forcing her to have sex with them, according to Cpl. Authorities are investigating how cocaine and alcohol found in blood tests may have affected the pilot of a small plane that crashed in the Bahamas last year, killing nine people – including 22-year-old singer and actress Aaliyah. Aviation officials on Tuesday said an autopsy performed on Luis Antonio Morales Blanes showed he had cocaine in his urine and traces of alcohol in his stomach. The autopsy findings were released for the first time along with the crash investigation report, the Bahamas Department of Civil Aviation said. Family, friends and surviving members of the iconic British rock band The Who attended the funeral of virtuoso bass player John Entwistle on Wednesday at a rural church. A grand jury indicted singer Robert “R.” Kelly Wednesday (June 5) on 21 felony counts of child pornography, according to the Cook County state attorney’s office. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and a $100,000 fine. If convicted, Kelly would have to register as a sex offender. In February, a videotape was given to the Chicago Sun-Times, which in turn handed the tape over to the sex crimes unit of the Chicago police department.
