Sorry lasses, Bryan McFadden of Ireland’s chart-topping boy band Westlife has married his musician girlfriend Kerry Katona. Some 250 guests, including McFadden’s Westlife bandmates and former Boyzone singer Ronan Keating, attended the service Saturday. The couple, both 21, were wed at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in the County Meath village of Rathfeigh, north of Dublin.
Police cars sealed off the only road leading to the 150-year-old stone church, and guests were searched for cameras as they entered.
The couple arrived at the church in a car with blacked-out windows and entered behind security screens in a bid to enforce their exclusive photo deal with a celebrity magazine.
McFadden and Katona – a former member of girl group Atomic Kitten – have a four-month-old daughter, Molly.
