Ahead of their summer tour, The Starting Line dropped a major announcement. The group is dropping their new album, Eternal Youth, their first new release in 18 years. The independent LP is set for release on September 26. In tandem with the big reveal, the group shared their new song, “Sense Of Humor” with an official music video.
“The album will be released by OURSELVES, INDEPENDENTLY via our new imprint Lineage Recordings. Never stepped on by any music industry non-musician. Direct from the horse’s mouth. May this record serve as our most PURE form of expression yet,” the band shared on social media. “If you are reading this you likely have some background on our career-long saga in and out of labels, and the significance of our now independent ownership. It’s a confident victory in longevity and loyalty, as well as our finest sonic moments to date. It means the world to still be here to tell the tale. Don’t ever lose your sense of humor. Defy time, tap into eternal youth.”
Beginning on June 6, The Starting Line is heading out on tour with Armor for Sleep, Finch, Knuckle Puck, Oso Oso, Real Friends, Keep, Macseal, Stateside, and Superworld on select dates. Check out their upcoming shows below and grab tickets here.
