Panic! unveil plans for tour, album

Panic! At The Disco will headline the eighth annual Honda Civic Tour, scheduled to visit about 45 cities in North America, beginning April 10 in San Francisco. The trek will support the Las Vegas four-piece’s second album, “Pretty. Odd,” due in stores March 25. It will end June 14 in Anaheim. A full itinerary will be unveiled in February.

The tour will primarily play theaters and scaled-down arenas. Tickets will be priced between $25 and $35.

“Pretty. Odd” is the follow-up to 2005’s “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out,” which has sold more than 1.7 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. In 2006, the band grossed nearly $6 million from 50 concerts, according to Billboard Boxscore.

Previous Honda headliners include Fall Out Boy, the Black Eyed Peas, Good Charlotte and Incubus.
