Netflix has announced a new one hour comedy special with the Jonas Brothers. The pop-star brothers will spend the hour doing a family roast. Kenan Thompson will be the host and we will see guest appearances from people like Pete Davidson and Niall Horan. In the trailer, Kevin and Nick let us know there will be sketches and games along with the roasting, which will prove that “no one can get under your skin quite like family.” Meanwhile, Joe seems to just be broken. Jonas Brothers Family Roast will hit Netflix on November 23rd. Check out the trailer below!

2021 People’s Choice Awards

The 2021 People’s Choice Awards nominations list has dropped and it’s a little nostalgic. In a year when we had to stay home, stay socially distant, and figure out what our new normal is, any content we received felt like a nice distraction. Our favorite creators continuing to make music, movies, and television throughout the pandemic helped us to keep our sanity. With that all being said, some of those creatives are being recognized now that award shows are returning. And the nominations list for the People’s Choice Awards feels like a walk down memory lane.

Justin Bieber has the most nominations with a total of 10. The song of 2021 nominations are: “Butter” (BTS), “Bad Habits” (Ed Sheeran), “Easy On Me” (Adele), “good 4 u” (Olivia Rodrigo), “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” (Lil Nas X), “Peaches” (Justin Bieber feat. Daniel Caesar & Giveon), “Stay” (The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber), and “Up” (Cardi B). Meanwhile, the movie of 2021 nominations are: Black Widow, Coming 2 America, F9: The Fast Saga, Dune, No Time To Die, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Tomorrow War, or Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The award show will also cover TV, reality shows, and podcasts.

Make sure to watch the awards on E! or NBC on December 7th at 9pm ET. In the meantime, make sure to vote at votepca.com!

Ready to go to “infinity and beyond”? Your favorite space ranger is back but this time you’ll get to see more about the man behind the toy. Buzz Lightyear is getting his very own origin story that goes all the way back to the astronaut who inspired the creation of Woody’s best friend. Chris Evans is voicing Buzz, which makes it even sweeter. Disney dropped a teaser trailer today that will give you chills in the way only Disney can. Lightyear is set to drop next summer and I’m already guessing it’s going to make me cry. Make sure to check out the teaser below!
