HotWax — “She’s Got A Problem”

For fans of the essence of Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.

Alongside the announcement of their debut LP Hot Shock, HotWax dropped their latest single, “She’s Got A Problem.” Bassist Lola Sam says the album is inspired by life on the road. “Touring and constantly living in the moment can be chaotic. But there’s also a feeling of knowing that the more life experience we gain, the more fearless we become.” Hot Shot releases March 7, 2025, and is available for pre-order here. The trio are currently on tour in the UK and will have another run in March to support the new full-length. The full list of dates and tickets for both can be found here

Soccer Mommy — “Abigail”

For fans of cozy video games that wrap you up in their world.

Soccer Mommy shared the cutest video-game-inspired track and music video for her latest release. “Abigail is an ode to my Stardew Valley wife,” she says on Instagram. “I made this as a cute little writing exercise, but I ended up liking it so much that I wanted to put it on the record.” “Abigail” is included on Soccer Mommy’s latest LP, Evergreen, which dropped today and is available for order here. She embarks on an international tour in January, a list of dates and tickets are available here

Rosecoloredworld — “Broken Glass”

For fans of the vocal progressions from Hot Milk in “Breathing Underwater.”

Rosecoloredworld shared “Broken Glass,” an introspective rock track reflecting on how the words we tell ourselves can affect us. Surrounded by reverberating guitars, the duo sings with passionate vulnerability. “Sometimes, it’s okay to not be okay,” the band says. “So, this song is about finding the ones who believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself.” They hit the road with Not My Weekend next month, a full list of dates and tickets are available here

Skyler Acord — “The End Of Everything”

For fans of tech noir nightclub scenes in 80s and 90s films.

Skyler Acord (Issues, twenty one pilots) dropped a goth-esque, darkwave anthem, “The End Of Everything.” The track is Acord’s second solo single of the year and features an air of a classic dark romance. “[The song] is a romantic vision of death and love,” he says. “When separation is so unbearable that you have no choice but to follow your better half to the other side.”

Impossible Prom Kings — “Chastise”

For fans of the sick guitar run in “Your Betrayal” by Bullet For My Valentine.

Impossible Prom Kings signed with Ghost Killer Entertainment and shared their latest single, “Chastise.” Guitarist and backup vocalist Hunter Fury describes the track as an “in-your-face” anthem focused on the rage people experience in life. “It was written to represent a release of pent-up anger and despair, a song to connect with people who face adversity within their vices, relationships, and everything in between.”

Anna Shoemaker — “Game Of Thrones”

For fans of reminiscing about the wild times when you were young.

Anna Shoemaker released a new single, “Game Of Thrones,” to be featured on her upcoming LP Someone Should Stop Her. Backed by soft pop beats, Shoemaker sings about what your late twenties can feel like and how they shape a person. “It’s about doom scrolling, comparison, wanting to keep up with trends, binge-watching TV, accidentally blacking out at the family reunion,” she says. “All the things that you thought you’d left behind in your early twenties and yet….” Someone Should Stop Her releases on February 21, 2025, and is available to preorder here. She is currently supporting Joe P on tour, tickets and dates can be found here

Not Enough Space — “Primitive”

For fans of silky smooth transitions from singing to screaming.

With the announcement of their signing to Thriller Records, Not Enough Space also dropped a raging new track and music video, “Primitive.” “[The song] is about feeling trapped in a toxic relationship with a significant other,” says vocalist Lizzie. “Both parties feel that they cannot leave because they’re holding onto memories and their false sense of hope that maybe one day things will get better.” The group is currently supporting The Funeral Portrait and Dark Devine on tour, see the rest of the dates and grab tickets here.

The Driver Era — “Don’t Walk Away”

For fans of dancing to tracks around their living room as you put on your own concert.

Following the September release of “You Keep Me Up At Night,” The Driver Era shared their latest single. Where its predecessor featured groovy rhythms and ‘80s-inspired synths, “Don’t Walk Away” is an acoustic guitar-led pop groove. The duo begin their worldwide Obsession Tour in January of 2025. Check out the full list of dates and purchase tickets here

Mirrorcell — “Tongues”

Mirrorcell released their debut EP, Reflecting The Inner Self, featuring their latest single, “Tongues.” “[The EP] is an amalgamation of all the singles we have released through the course of 2024,” the band says. “This EP not only encompasses our overall tone and aesthetic as a band. But also what we are capable of by bending genres and being diverse in our sound.” Reflecting The Inner Self is available to save via InVogue Records
