Singer Jerry Lee Lewis and his wife, Kerrie, announced they will divorce, but will continue their business relationship. In a statement, the couple said the divorce will be amicable and that Kerrie Lewis will remain as president of their company, JKL Enterprises. The statement was issued Monday.
Both will continue to live at their ranch near Memphis in Nesbit, Miss.
Kerrie Lewis, 39, is the sixth wife of the 66-year-old Lewis, famed for hits such as “Great Balls of Fire” and “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Going On.” They have been married for 17 years.
