Jamie Campbell Bower hive… rest assured that the multi-hyphenate star is booked and busy. This time, the Stranger Things actor and rock musician is taking on a new role as a voice actor in an audio romance series.
Per Quinn, a leading app specializing in romantic stories and audio erotica, Bower is set to portray Theo in The Trials. Last week, Quinn began teasing the story on Instagram, noting, “The Black Ravens, the world’s most formidable magical intelligence agency, has just one coveted spot open. Will it go to Jane…or Theo?”
Bower explains in the official trailer, “I don’t want to give away too much. So I play Theo. Theo’s had his entire life… everything handed to him. He is a self-assured, cocky, closed individual. But there is one thing money cannot buy and that is a spot on the magical order called The Black Ravens. He has to beat out other government colleagues in the trails for which there is only one spot. Of all the competitors, the one who pisses him off the most is Jane… played by you: the listener.”
So, for all of you romantasy BookTok fans, this is your Super Bowl. The audio erotica series will drop its first two episodes on March 13 at midnight local time on the Quinn app. There will certainly be magic and the choice of wand is up to you.
