Ahead of the release of their new album, Loving and Losing, out September 18 via Thriller Records, Honey Revenge is back with one last single: “Trust Issues.” The track is preceded by “Run Your Mouth,” “Poison Apple Baby,” “Hot Commodity,” “Butterfly Effect,” and “Sunday Scaries.”
Vocalist Devin Papadol says, “Not being able to trust others is debilitating, but what about not being able to trust yourself? I used to believe I could do anything I set my mind to, but over the course of the past two years my confidence has been challenged at every turn. In my darkest hour, I didn’t feel like I could depend on my own judgment to make the most basic decisions. ‘Trust Issues’ delves into how I coped with that loss of trust.”
