Heart Foundation – “The Weekend” Premiere

We’re excited to be bringing you the premiere of “The Weekend,” the debut single from Heart Foundation’s upcoming EP Giants. After sparking the interest of Nashville-based producer Nolan Neal, the Albany, NY band packed their bags and trekked over a thousand miles to record the EP with him. Giants will be available December 15th.
