Shoegaze rising stars Glixen excitingly announced that they’re slated to play Coachella 2025. Though, the fabulous announcements don’t end there. The Phoenix-based artists shared that their forthcoming Quiet Pleasures EP is due out on February 21 via AWAL and Wichita Recordings for vinyl. Today, Glixen is offering a glimpse of what’s to come with their new track, “Lick The Star.” It’s preceded by the moody and atmospheric singles “Lust,” “Foreversoon,” and “Sick Silent.”
Vocalisy Aislinn Ritchie says of the new release, “This song is special, it begins with a mellow sonic bath of an intro and explodes into a whirling wall of sound and melody. Also, we are excited to announce our first full US headline tour. This is going to be a very busy and fun year for us.”
