Rejected Princesses is the series that takes a different path from anything Disney’s ever given to you. Based off kickass women throughout history, author and illustrator Jason Porath has brought us a book and website worth of stories from women you’ve never heard of (but definitely should.)
Here at idobi, we ♥ Rejected Princesses, and are excited to crown yet another book from Jason as one of our favorites. The second RP collection will be themed around the phrase “Nevertheless, she persisted”, and will have more imagery and real women (as opposed to myths and legends) than the last time around. You can even submit who you think should be included.
The book is looking at a release date in early 2018. Until then, you can keep up with the RP website, and donate to keep the very worth, very cool series alive here.
