It’s officially official…Game of Thrones is coming back to HBO in 2019 for its final season. The eighth instalment will consist of six episodes, and will be directed by David Benioff & D.B. Weiss, David Nutter, and Miguel Sapochnik. Writers for the upcoming season will be David Benioff & D.B. Weiss, Bryan Cogman, and Dave Hill.
It seems like a lifetime away, but lucky for us there’s seven whole seasons to re-watch til the show takes its final bow in 2019. You ready?
