Ruff Ryders, DMX, Eve, and the Lox are working on Ryde Or Die Vol. 3, their third installment to their all-star compilation effort. The remix for Jadakiss’s “We Gonna Make It” featuring Eve will be included on the album, scheduled to be released on November 20, but it is not considered to be the record’s first official single.
Interscope Records is considering issuing Eve’s “You, Me, And She,” produced by Irv Gotti, as the next release. At press time, seven songs have been recorded for the album, including collaborations with Bubba Sparxxx, Ludacris, and Xzibit. The rap camp headed by DMX has also solicited production from resident beatsmith Swizz Beatz as well as the Alchemist, Timbaland, PK, Shok, Trackmasters, Mike City, and Scott Storch.
Ryde Or Die Vol. 1, released in 1999, bore the top rap singles “Ryde Or Die” and Eve’s “What Ya Want.” Vol. 2 was released last year.
