Say what you want about Lance Bass. Just don’t say he’s dead.
Bass says rumors about who he’s dating or what drugs he’s taking are bad enough, but ones that say he died in a plane crash are the worst. That’s because his family hears them first and he has to call them and say, “I’m really not dead.”
“When you make your family upset for those split minutes, it’s kind of scary,” Bass told AP Radio.
The ‘N Sync member, who has recently guested on shows like “Hollywood Squares” and “America’s Most Talented Kid,” says he knew when he became an entertainer that he’d lose some of his privacy. “You know what you give up when you do this. It doesn’t bother me, I have nothing to hide. So if someone wants to create rumors about me, go ahead, I think it’s all funny,” Bass told AP Radio.
