Coldplay have given Rocky himself trouble over the use of their song “Trouble.”
With a reputation already going around that the band isn’t too accomodating or considerate, Coldplay have denied Sylvestor Stallone use of the tune off their debut Parachutes for the soundtrack to his upcoming film called Driven.
It seems the band was approached by Sly personally, but the actor’s charm couldn’t work on the Brit boys, who felt the music-to-movie matchup wasn’t appropriate. Someday they may be begging for Stallone to call them.
