It seems that the artists in 5 Seconds Of Summer are officially entering their solo eras. On April 8, 5SOS bassist and vocalist Calum Hood announced that he is almost ready to share his debut solo single, “Don’t Forget You Love Me.”
Both the track and its accompanying music video will be available on April 10 at 7 AM PT. You can pre-save the track here.
The single cover art shared on social media shows Hood dunking his head into water. Additionally, he dropped a cryptic 12 minute video on YouTube called “DFYLM_TEST_041025” that shows an aquarium of water in a dark room with, what sounds like, electric pulses.
As we wait for April 10, you can stream another 5SOS alum who just dropped new music. After announcing his signing to Hopeless Records, 5 Seconds Of Summer guitarist Michael Clifford launched his brand new solo single, “cool” on April 2.

Arriving today alongside a vibrant, accompanying music video, “cool” is a dialed-up pop-rock anthem that leans into his signature guitar work, magnetic charm, and effortlessly bright vocals. Check out the new “cool” track and music video below.
Additionally, 5SOS’ Ashton Irwin (drummer) shared his album BLOOD ON THE DRUMS and Luke Hemmings (lead vocalist) launched his LP boy in 2024.
