After teasing new music on December 1, Waterparks’ Awsten Knight just dropped a new solo project, a set of video game albums.
Yesterday, the singer announced, “Made a new company to release special projects of mine outside the band and brand called AK Art Projects. First two drops are tomorrow,” on Twitter/X.
Knight shared that he is releasing “VIDEO GAME MUSIC ALBUMS 1 + 2 (********** SOUNDTRACK),” per a social media post. He didn’t just serve as the writer and producer, Knight also crafted the colorful cover art.
Alongside the albums announcement, Knight dropped visuals and audio for the video game track, “PORTAL TOWN.” Check out the music video below.
