Following their iconic return last year, As It Is has teamed up with fellow Brit pop-punker NOAHFINNCE to reimagine “Can’t Save Myself X.”

As It Is shares in a press release, “‘Can’t Save Myself’ was the song that found us the attention of a manager and a record label, the first song of ours that really connected and meant people came to our shows.”

They continue, “When we were getting into alternative music in the early 2000’s we discovered bands on music video TV channels and that is exactly how Noah discovered As It Is. To have had an impact on anyone or an album that still resonates with people 10 years later is still mad to us. Noah came to our shows and covered us on YouTube and to see him, inspired by our era of pop punk, now out there inspiring a new generation is a wonderful full circle moment that we wanted to immortalise on this new version of Can’t Save Myself.”

Noah adds via his Instagram Stories, “First release of 2025 and it’s so fucking sick I love As It Is and I got to sing to my fave song of theirs go listen!!!!!”

As It Is is set to release Never Happy, Ever After X, a reimagined version of their debut album, on April 18. The release will arrive nearly 10 years to the day following their 2015 release. This special edition features additional guest appearances from artists such as Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens, Tobi Duncan of Trash Boat, and more. You can preorder and pre-save the album here.
