American Hi-Fi Sheds Concerns About Touring, Kicks Off LAUNCH Dates

American Hi-Fi has put aside concerns over touring in the wake of the recent terrorist attacks and will remain on the road in support of its self-titled debut album, featuring the hit single, “Flavor Of The Weak.”

Posting on the group’s official website (americanhi-fi.com), bassist Drew Parsons explains the decision. “We originally talked about canceling our tour, realizing that playing shows seemed so trivial,” he writes. “But after we played a few shows, we decided that it was good to have a place where people could come together and feel good for a while.”

Parsons continues, “Life must continue on and we need to return to as much of a state of normalcy as possible. We hope that all of you are well, and would love to see you at our shows. Rock and roll is good for the soul.”

American Hi-Fi kicked off the LAUNCH Vibreaker Tour September 28 in Philadelphia. The group currently has shows scheduled through late October.
