Waterparks and Zeph, aka Zephani Jong, teamed up to reimagine the Intellectual Property hit “FUCK ABOUT IT (feat. blackbear)” in “FAI2.” The track is set to appear on the band’s sixth album INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 2: LOST IN THE PROPERTY. While no release date is confirmed for the LP, the band previously released the album single, “SOULSUCKER,” in May.
In classic Awsten Knight fashion, the singer took to Twitter/X in all caps to tell fans the best way to listen. “DONT TEXT ANYONE OR LOOK AT SOCIALS WHILE YOU LISTEN FOR THE FIRST TIME, YEAH IM A LITTLE BOSSY BUT ZEPH AND US HAVE BEEN SITTING ON THIS FOR A YEAR SO LET US HAVE 3 MINUTES, IT’S HOT,” he said.

Zeph sings, “All of this space is suffocating/You suck at communicating/You’re so busy isolating/Craving you’s excruciating/I get it if you need a minute/But whenever I need you it’s crickets/My overthinking is so turbulent.” Of course, she had to make a nod to the band’s previous work in her lyric addition.
