With only a few weeks to go until Stand Atlantic unveils their fourth studio album, WAS HERE, the Aussie pop-punk darlings have dropped the high-energy and sharp-tongued “FRENEMIES.”
Vocalist Bonnie Fraser shares, “‘Frenemies’ is about rocky friendships and not knowing where you stand with someone—we’ve thrown it back a lil more in this track for the OG fans stylistically but in a fresh lil way.”

The infectious track bursts with an explosive energy across the chorus, driven by heavy-hitting instrumentation. The group perfectly captures the struggle of harboring a toxic friendship, exemplified in the lyrics, “Do your worst, like you’re a hard act to follow/Why don’t you sharpen your stones/Cause nothing hurts when you’re hollow.” Take a listen to “FRENEMIES” below.
Stand Atlantic are currently performing on the last few weeks of the debut idobi Radio Summer School Tour alongside Magnolia Park, The Home Team, Scene Queen, Honey Revenge, and Letdown.
