If you didn’t get a chance to grab a record from the first Saosin self-titled vinyl drop, you’re in luck. Smartpunk Records just announced a re-pressing of the iconic album that is set to arrive by late November and early December. Plus, according to the label website, “This pressing features updated artwork housed in a die-cut gatefold jacket with a printed inner sleeve. And who knows, you might be able to hear an extra song at the end of Side B :).”
Bassist Chris Sorenson shares, “We have always wanted to add a personal touch to a vinyl release of this record, this both honors and updates the original, as well as makes available the music we made nearly 20 years ago.”
