Maybe Mondays aren’t so bad after all. Queen Of Jeans has dropped their new song “Bitter Pill” today, ahead of their new album All Again. Their forthcoming album is scheduled to arrive on June 28 via Memory Music and can be pre-saved here

Rejoice in Miri Devora’s silky smooth vocals as she condemns the users and abusers on this sharp track about being taken advantage of. With a calmness and clarity one can only find in retrospect, she preaches, “I don’t wanna bend my mind to anybody’s will/I don’t need you to know what’s real/I don’t wanna bite my tongue while you’re sitting still/I don’t want that bitter pill.” The song resonates with anyone who’s ever been in a relationship or friendship with someone manipulative. Backed by strong percussion and bass and elevated by Mattie Glass’ versatile, gripping guitar, “Bitter Pill” is as melodious as it is eye-opening. The song fits like a glove to All Again, which explores the story of one relationship through the loneliness, joy, and pain it faces.
