In a video called “hey there” posted on social media and on YouTube, Poppy revealed the album news and shared, what some fans believe is a new song teaser. In the video, Poppy is standing in front of a wall featuring an array of keyhole cutouts in various sizes. Light is streaming through the cut-outs as a soft track plays. You can hear Poppy faintly singing, “Hey there, are you a little nervous?/I heard all the talking/No one really listens/I think you’re onto something/Don’t expect a notice/I don’t envy your position/Don’t ever get to know us.”
