Paramore is back at it again. Known for teasing their fans with cryptic social media posts, the world-dominating trio is sending fans into a frenzy with their latest X and Facebook posts.

The post, which includes an iPhone screen recording of the Notes app, lists three dates: September 28, October 2, and October 6. Alongside each date is a rearrangement of the words in This Is Why. Titled “Re: This Is Why,” fans wonder if Paramore is teasing a deluxe edition of their sixth studio album, which dropped earlier this year, a remix of the title track, or something completely different. There is no caption or explanation of the screen recording, nor did the band share the post on Instagram. It’s all very exciting, so just take a look for yourselves below!

While we have no idea what the teaser means yet, we assume that we will receive some answers this Thursday, September 28, since this date is the first one written out in the post. Since releasing This Is Why, Paramore has been grinding on tour and sharing content with fans from the road. The record, which finds its lane between bands like the Talking Heads and Bikini Kill, is an experimental collection of songs that remains true to Paramore’s authentic sound. The band taps into post-punk, new wave, alt-pop, and everything in between, creating an incredible sonic landscape for the trio to tap into. It’s a triumphant comeback following the success of their 2017 record After Laughter. As a result of their ingenuity, This Is Why made its way to the No. 1 position on Billboard’s US Top Rock Albums and US Top Alternative Albums charts.

As we wait for Paramore to share what the absolute heck is going on, let’s talk about their upcoming tour dates! The band is staying busy with headlining shows for the rest of 2023 and then heading overseas with Taylor Swift for the 2024 international leg of The Eras Tour.
