If you haven’t jumped on the Pale Waves train, now is the time. The band announced today that they’re making their way to North America this fall for a headlining tour with support from Gatlin. Pale Waves also dropped their new single “The Hard Way” last Wednesday, taken from their new album coming next month, and they’ve just finished up a run of dates supporting 5 Seconds of Summer.

The North American leg of their headlining tour will kick off on September 24th in Dover, DE and will go until October 6th in Pomona, CA. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10am local time. Make sure to head to their website on Friday to snag tickets and check out their newest single below!

Wakanda Forever

This past weekend, San Diego Comic Con brought us a ton of announcements to make our geeky hearts happy. One of those announcements was new details about the second installment of Black Panther. Fans have been anxiously awaiting what this sequel might look like after Chadwick Boseman tragically passed away back in 2020. Boseman gave such a powerful and inspiring performance as T’Challa, it was hard to picture Wakanda without him.

The new teaser trailer for Wakanda Forever is giving us hope that not only will the movie still be strong, it will also honor Boseman in the process. The only dialogue we hear in the entire trailer is Queeen Ramonda declaring, “I am the queen of the most powerful nation in the world, and my entire family is gone. Have I not given everything?” If the entire movie gives off the same energy as the trailer, you can expect plenty of goosebumps and maybe some tears. Wakanda Forever will be out on November 11th. Watch the trailer below!

Adele is Back

After having to reschedule her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in January, Adele has announced when she will be officially coming back. The news of her cancelling shows came as a shock to everyone, considering it happened the day before her residency was set to begin. She received a lot of backlash for it, however the decision was mostly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When she originally spoke out on it, she mentioned that the show wasn’t ready due to half of her team being down with the virus. Now all 24 dates have been rescheduled with 8 additional dates. For those who snagged tickets during the first go around, they will have priority in getting new tickets. Shows will start in November and run through March.

She said on her Instagram, “Words can’t explain how ecstatic I am to finally be able to announce these rescheduled shows. I truly was heartbroken to have to cancel them. But after what feels like an eternity of figuring out logistics for the show that I really want to deliver, and knowing it can happen, I’m more excited than ever! Now I know for some of you it was a horrible decision on my part, and I will always be sorry for that, but I promise you it was the right one. To be with you in such an intimate space every week has been what I’ve most been looking forward to and I’m going to give you the absolute best of me.”

A presale for those who already have tickets will take place on August 10th and a general presale will happen on August 11th. For more information on how to get tickets, make your way here.
