Today is a big day for Destroy Boys fans. Not only did the band release their brand new album Funeral Soundtrack #4, and on it is also a very cool collab. New track “You Hear Yes” features the raw, rage-fueled sonics of both Mannequin Pussy and Scowl—two prominent acts in the hardcore and punk scenes.
The lyrics describe what every woman and non-binary person know all too well. The artists sing, “I’m sick of being stared when I’m alone/I’m sick of being scared on my walk home/I’m sick of being trapped by what you impose/You hear yes, when I say no!”
