While fans eagerly anticipated blink-182 to debut their aptly titled new single “WHEN WE WERE YOUNG” during the trio’s first headlining performance at When We Were Young Fest, patience is still the name of the game. Yet, the iconic trio did not disappoint as they delivered an electrifying performance, showcasing a medley of hits from their storied 20+ year career, along with fresh tracks from their recently released full-length album, ONE MORE TIME… The crowd erupted in excitement as blink-182 took to the stage, playing everything from the lively “What My Age Again?” to their initial reunion track, “EDGING,” released in October 2022. blink-182 have just released their new album ONE MORE TIME… A 17-track record about love, loss, brotherhood, and togetherness, it is a return unlike any other. Featuring “EDGING,” the song that they kicked off their Mark, Tom, and Travis reunion with, alongside “ANTHEM PART 3,” “YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT,” and ‘TERRIFIED,” it’s an emotional rollercoaster unlike any other that bursts with the playful spirit that is signature to the band as well as some heartwrenching ballads. Though the title track sums all of those emotions up best, an ode to not letting tragedy be the reason that you reconcile with those you love the most, it’s a tear-jerker of the highest order.
