Hawthorne Heights may have dubbed Ohio For Lovers in 2004, but they’ve been spreading the love far and wide ever since. Especially with their annual Is For Lovers Festival each summer!
Today, the seven-date festival series has been announced, including stops at Lake Tahoe, CA, Manteo, NC, Los Angeles, CA, Cincinnati, OH, and more. The festival series will include headline performances from The All-American Rejects, Underoath, Motion City Soundtrack, Hawthorne Heights, and Yellowcard. Additionally, fans will get the chance to see Movements, The Starting Line, State Champs, Saosin, Hot Mulligan, and more.
“We are happy to be back in 2024, soaking up the summer sun with these bands and fans, most of who have been shedding and shredding tears with us since 2004,” frontman JT Woodruff shares of the multi-date event. “While each show has a wildly different feel, we think it’s important to celebrate the local and regional attractions at each date.”
He continues, “Is For Lovers Festival is designed to put the fan in a Time Machine and transport them back to the most vibrant years of their lives. We try to make it an easy day spent in beautiful locations with bands that helped shape who they are. Hawthorne Heights is excited to be outside, setting up tents, loading gear, singing these songs, and personally spending time with our fans.”
