This week I had the pleasure of talking to a dear friend, Johnny Gates of The Voice. Johnny has been in a band for over a decade and decided to give a solo career a shot. He’s now found himself on Team Gwen and earning the love and admiration of fans from all corners of the music landscape.

We spent an hour talking about his diverse influences, reflecting back on live shows that have stayed with us after all these years — and of course, his experience on the show so far.
