This week on In Frequency, Eleanor Grace speaks with Trevor Bartlett of Author to reflect on the band’s whirlwind 2015, which saw them release their debut full-length Of Brighter Days and play over 200 self-booked shows. Bartlett spends some time looking toward the future as well: the band will be recording a new EP in March, which he expects to end up being around 5-7 songs and says will mark a bit of a new musical direction for them. He also touches on how physical environments impact his songwriting, what else they’ve got lined up for 2016, and more.
