Following the release of “More Like A Crush” earlier this year, Mayday Parade has shared their latest pop-punk effort “Got Me All Wrong,” primed to become the song of the summer. “‘Got Me All Wrong’ is about falling hard for someone but the other person isn’t on the same page,” drummer Jake Bundrick shares. “I met my wife on Warped Tour and the song is roughly about that. Skrillex has announced he will be dropping his first full-length studio album since 2014. We’ve already had our fair share of singles from the DJ but we are more than ready to have Quest For Fire. It’s out this Friday so the wait will be hardly any time at all! While this news was good enough for us, we were pleasantly surprised to see one of our favorites featured. When Vans Warped Tour announced it was coming to an end last year, we all (understandably) fell into a pit of despair. The country wide festival is iconic for bringing kids together and introducing them to a new community of bands, fans, and non-profit organizations. Our light at the end of the tunnel was the promise that the tour’s 25th anniversary would still be coming in 2019—but little did we know how good it would be.
