Hey Monday‘s Cassadee Pope took to Instagram to share that she will not appear at 2025’s Emo’s Not Dead Cruise kicking off in Miami, FL on February 4 and embarking on the sea to Nassau, Bahamas through February 8. After announcing her forthcoming Hereditary Deluxe LP, due out on September 13, Cassadee Pope dropped her new music video for “Bad Decisions.” The visuals come from her recently wrapped Hereditary headline tour. Of the forthcoming deluxe album, Pope says, “I wanted to release a deluxe version of Hereditary because there were other songs I wrote that didn’t make the album but feel important to tell my story. After recent rumors about Deryck Whibley possibly joining Linkin Park, the Sum 41 frontman set the record straight when he let fans know that, unfortunately, he will not be the scene staple’s new lead singer. State Champs is heading out on a big fall headline tour, and they’re bringing their pop-punk besties on the road. The Around the World and Back artists will be joined by Knuckle Puck, Meet Me @ The Altar, and Daisy Grenade. On July 14, Pop Punk Summer Camp. had its inaugural event in Flagstaff, Arizona. Headliners included Mayday Parade and The Maine, who played their new single “Touch.” It also featured performances from The Wonder Years, The Summer Set, Real Friends, Cassadee Pope, and Daisy Grenade. Of course, with so much talent all in one place, there was bound to be a thrilling crossover that made non-attendees experience major FOMO.
