Relient K will re-release Is For Karaoke as a full length on October 2. Previously released as a 7-track EP in June, the re-release will feature an additional 7 songs originally performed by everyone from Third Eye Blind to Toto.
Relient K will embark this weekend on the Winter Wonder Slam tour with Christian hip hop legend and label owner Toby Mac. The tour will take the band north through Canada and down the West coast. You can purchase tickets on the tour’s website.

SOMERSET, Pa. — Members of rock band Relient K had a rude awakening on the Pennsylvania Turnpike at about 3:20 a.m. Thursday. Asleep on their tour bus, en route to a show in Illinois, they were roused by the bus driver yelling for them to exit the bus immediately. It was on fire. While the band — which includes Stark County natives Matt Thiessen and Matt Hoopes — and crew members escaped uninjured, the damage was extensive.
